meet emily.
Emily is a self-taught mixed media artist from Buckinghamshire with a bold heart and a passion for all things expressive, spontaneous, and joyfully imperfect. Rooted in abstract expressionism and laced with a street art attitude, her work is intuitive and energetic—art that doesn’t just bring colour to a space, but feeling.
For Emily, creativity has always been a lifeline. From childhood performances to chaotic college sketchbooks, expression was her joyful rebellion against self-doubt and perfectionism. But years spent climbing the corporate ladder in high-stakes marketing dimmed that creative spark. It took a diagnosis, a breakdown, and a whole lot of therapy to lead her back to herself—and eventually, back to painting.
Today, her art is a celebration of freedom and play. Each work is alive with layered textures, neon hues, and emotional energy —created for those who crave more: more colour, more connection, and more authenticity.
Emily’s process is fluid, rebellious, and grounded in the belief that art can be both healing and joyful. Her work invites viewers to reconnect—with creativity, with emotion, and with the parts of themselves they may have quieted along the way.

artist values
-
I create vibrant, expressive art that sparks joy, uplifts the spirit, and evokes deep emotions. My work is designed to be a source of positivity, energy, and inspiration for those who experience it.
-
Art is my therapy—a space for healing, self-expression, and emotional release. Through fearless creativity and intuitive flow, I harness the power of colour to encourage others to find their own voice and embrace self-discovery.
-
I explore new techniques, textures, and colour harmonies to push my artistic boundaries. My process is fuelled by curiosity, movement, and the joy of creation without limits or rules.
-
Happy art should not be exclusive. Through inclusive expression and inviting colour, I make work that’s meant to be seen, felt, and understood by everyone.
