meet emily.
Emily is a self-taught mixed media artist from Buckinghamshire with a passion for the expressive, the spontaneous, and the joyfully imperfect. Rooted in abstract expressionism and influenced by street art, her work is intuitive and energetic—designed to make a space feel as vibrant as it looks. She’s drawn to texture, movement, and bold colour, creating works that reflect both the mess and the magic of being human.
Her creative path hasn’t been linear. After years in high-pressure marketing roles, a turning point in her personal life brought her back to art—not as a pastime, but as a lifeline. What followed was a period of unlearning, reconnecting, and rediscovering the creative freedom she knew instinctively as a child.
Today, Emily creates with that same unfiltered curiosity—free from the pressure to get things ‘right’. Her process is fluid, playful, and grounded in the belief that art can reconnect us with parts of ourselves we’ve quieted along the way. Each piece is alive with layered textures, neon hues, and emotional energy—made for those who crave more: more colour, more feeling, and more authenticity.
Her pieces are made to live in joyful, expressive spaces—bringing colour, energy, and creative freedom into the everyday.

artist values
-
I create vibrant, expressive art that sparks joy, uplifts the spirit, and evokes deep emotions. My work is designed to be a source of positivity, energy, and inspiration for those who experience it.
-
Art is my therapy—a space for healing, self-expression, and emotional release. Through fearless creativity and intuitive flow, I harness the power of colour to encourage others to find their own voice and embrace self-discovery.
-
I explore new techniques, textures, and colour harmonies to push my artistic boundaries. My process is fuelled by curiosity, movement, and the joy of creation without limits or rules.
-
Happy art should not be exclusive. Through inclusive expression and inviting colour, I make work that’s meant to be seen, felt, and understood by everyone.
